SYNERGY AND GROWTH: ACQUISITION OF C&G ENGINEERING

The DBA PRO S.p.A. and C&G Engineering teams are at work. An acquisition operation, concluded last August, which strengthens the DBA Group in the sector of engineering services for high-voltage electricity transmission networks, thanks to specific references and expertise in a market segment that figures strongly in our customers' investment plans.

The companies' teams are already working together and the working groups dedicated to the energy sector are hard at work on integrated design of high-voltage power stations and lines, storage plants, conversion stations in HVDC connections, synchronous compensator systems, for hydroelectric power plants, medium- and low-voltage electrical transformation substations. They are working with our customers on traditional works management services, giving assistance with work management, high surveillance, and safety coordination in the design and execution phase.

FRI-EL Green House | Panoramica del progetto C&G Engineering Service - 12/05/2021

In order to increase the maximum power fed into the grid against an increase in the generation capacity installed at the FRI-EL Green House plant located in the municipality of Ostellato (FE), it has been decided to build a 15kV medium voltage power line that will connect the plant in question with the Enel Distribuzione primary substation located in Volania (FE).

    The power line, built in underground cable on three 15 kV triads, runs between the municipalities of Ostellato and Comacchio for a total length of 4.9 km. The cable route is designed to respect the distances from pre-existing underground sub-services and to comply with the constraints communicated to us by the authorities.

We would like to inform you that on 12/04/2021 C&G Engineering Service updated its protocol following the issue of the "Shared protocol for updating the measures to combat and contain the spread of the SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 virus in the workplace" of 6 April 2021, which updated and renewed the previous agreements of 14/03/2020 and 12/04/2020, included as annexes in the various Prime Ministerial Decrees that followed during the year.
